Don’t contribute to #GDP, only new things do.

This is despite existing home sales being quoted in the millions, as opposed to thousands, like with new homes.

Inventories of existing homes available for sales are worth watching: lower inventories means the housing market is tight, prices go up, higher inventories mean the housing market has room to move and prices will be low.
